We may collect personal information that can identify you such as your and your child or children’s full names, ages, birth dates and years,  phone number, mailing address, your e-mail addresses, your teacher’s name and e-mail address, and how you heard about us. You may provide personal information through our website, by email or by other means.  We  may require the disclosure of more personal information as necessary for you to participate in the Competition.

We may use the information that we collect about you to evaluate your recordings and information for the sole purposes of your application for Competition; communicate with you by email, postal mail about events that may be of interest to you; verify your eligibility and deliver prizes in connection with the Competition; enforce our Terms and Conditions; manage the Competition and perform functions as otherwise explained to you at the time of collection.

We may use financial information or payment method to process payment for any purposes such as application fees, for tax reporting, to protect against possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage the Competition.

Change and Deletion

You may  change or delete personal information from our records. If you would like your personal information deleted, please contact us at BayAreaPiano33@Gmail.com.  Upon your request, we will delete your information from our database. However, you may not be able to compete or receive any awards in the event you request your personal information deleted.
