This Privacy Policy is intended to advise users of www.bayareapiano.org or who participates in the Bay Area Piano Competition (“Competitor”), of the personal information that Competition may collect, how Competition uses the information that Competition collected, and with whom Competition share Competitor information. This Privacy Policy is subject to change without notice, and the changes are effective immediately. If Competitor chooses to use the Competition website or participate in Competition, then Competitor agrees to the collection and use of information pursuant to this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION COMPETITION COLLECTS ABOUT YOU (COMPETITOR)
Competition may collect personal information that can identify Competitor such as; your and your child or children’s full names, ages, birth months and years, phone number, mailing address, your email address, your teacher’s name and email address, and how you heard about us. You may provide personal information through the Competition site, by email or by other means. Competition may require the disclosure of more personal information as necessary for you to participate in Competition.
HOW COMPETITION USES THE INFORMATION COMPETITION COLLECTS
Competition may use the information that Competition collects about you to evaluate your recordings and information for the sole purposes of your application for Competition; communicate with you by email or by other means, verify your eligibility and deliver prizes in connection with Competition; enforce our Terms and Conditions; manage Competition and perform functions.

Competition may use financial information or a payment method to process payment for any purposes such as application fees, for tax reporting, to protect against possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage the Competition.

WITH WHOM COMPETITION SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
Competition do not share your personal information with others, except as indicated below. Competition does not share or sell the personal information Competition receives from you to any third party for the purposes of monetary or valuable consideration.
AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDERS
Competition may share your personal information with our adjudicators and authorized service providers that perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include processing payments, providing customer service and assistance, or other services necessary to support Competition.
CHANGE AND DELETION
You may change or delete personal information from our records. If you would like your personal information to be deleted, please contact us at BayAreaPiano33@Gmail.com. Upon your request, Competition will delete your information from our database. However, you may not be able to compete or receive any awards in the event you request your personal information deleted. Personal identifiable information (PII) may be transmitted via various methods; however, Competition removes PII as soon as its usefulness has expired.
